All your favorite gyms going into lockdown mode? Time to dust off that treadmill, move the laundry off that elliptical, and pull out the VHS player. Let's find some adventure at home!



It's not the same without a group of people around to motivate you, so turn that audio up and find a way to motivate yourself to workout at home. Set up a home gym, make a calendar to mark off, or buy a new piece of equipment. Anything to make adventuring inside a little more fun!



Maybe it's time to try out a new dance class in the comfort of your own home. Keep practicing so you can show off your new moves when you can go back to classes!
