Winter brings one very common complaint... It's hard to exercise when it's cold outside.
The problem with living in the north is that the cold weather lasts a long time. A very long time...
The excuse, "I'll exercise more when the weather gets better" is not the answer.
This winter I challenge you to make a Winter Weather Workout Bucket List.
Stuck on what to do? Here is mine:
*Go ice skating
*Snowshoe a local trail
*Take a winter hike with the dog
*Cross country skiing on a new trail
*Downhill skiing with friends
*Attempt snowboarding
*Sledding with my son
*Build a snow fort with the family
*Have a snowball fight
*Shovel snow, and then shovel it some more...
*Try ice fishing
*Build a winter obstacle course in the front yard
*Take a new group workout class
*Make tracks running through fresh snow
